Environmental Protection Agency in collaboration Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Office has conducted a cleaning and maintenance program in Hanifaru Marine Protected Area from 21st – 23rd April 2013.

Hanifaru Tour Guide Registration 2013

The Environmental Protection Agency has opened the submission of application for Hanifaru Tour Guide Registration from 8 May 2013. According to the Hanifaru Protection and Preservation Regulation (2012/ R-23) all the tour guides working in Hanifaru Marine Protected Area must be certified by EPA.
